Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Fresher BDE to join our team. This entry-level role is ideal for individuals who are eager to start a career in recruitment and sales. The primary responsibility will be to identify and engage with potential clients for placing our bench resources.

Key Responsibilities:

BDE: Source and recruit IT professionals who are on the bench and actively seek their placement with clients.

Market Research: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and potential clients.

Candidate Management: Maintain relationships with bench candidates, keeping them informed of new opportunities and developments.

Documentation: Prepare and maintain accurate records of candidate submissions, client interactions, and job placements.

Collaboration: Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure alignment of client needs and candidate skills.

Client Acquisition: Identify and reach out to potential clients to establish relationships and understand their staffing needs.

Note: Training will be provided; no prior experience required but is a plus.

Qualifications:

Education: Fresh MBA&BBA Graduates and 2022,2023 Passed out Candidates can Apply

Skills:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic understanding of recruitment processes is desirable.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Eagerness to learn and grow in the recruitment field.
Adaptability.
