Professional & Technical Skills:
– Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Customer Service Operations.
– Good To Have Skills: Experience with Desktop Transformation.
– Strong understanding of customer service principles and best practices.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients.
– Ability to analyze and interpret technical information to provide appropriate solutions.
– Familiarity with troubleshooting techniques and tools to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
– Attention to detail and ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
– Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies and systems.
Additional Information:
– The candidate should have a minimum of 0-2 years of experience in Customer Service Operations.
– This position is based at our Hyderabad office.***
