Job Description
Responsibilities:
1. Presales Activities:
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and business challenges.
- Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and workshops to showcase Salesforce capabilities and solutions.
- Assist in preparing proposals, scope of work documents, and cost estimates for Salesforce projects.
2. Requirements Gathering:
- Work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to understand business processes and gather detailed requirements for Salesforce implementations.
- Conduct needs assessments and recommend solutions to address client challenges.
3. Analysis and Documentation:
- Analyze current business processes and systems to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Create comprehensive documentation, including process flows, data models, and use cases, to articulate business requirements for Salesforce projects.
4. Salesforce Configuration and Customization:
- Collaborate with Salesforce administrators and developers to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Configure and customize Salesforce features to meet business needs, ensuring optimal system performance and user experience.
5. User Training and Support:
- Develop and deliver training materials for end-users on Salesforce functionalities.
- Provide ongoing support, address user inquiries, and manage enhancement requests.
6. Quality Assurance:
- Collaborate with testing teams to develop and execute test plans, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of Salesforce solutions.
- Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and validate that solutions meet business requirements.
7. Communication and Collaboration:
- Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, project managers, and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Participate in client meetings to provide updates, gather feedback, and address concerns.
8. Salesforce Best Practices:
- Stay current with Salesforce updates, releases, and best practices to recommend and implement new features and functionalities that align with business objectives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology, or a related field
- Proven skills as a Business Analyst.
- Knowledge on Salesforce products and Services Advantageous
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in presales activities, including client presentations and proposal preparation.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
