About the team
This IST team involved of our technology support Team. Involves in implement, maintain and support applications software that is delivered on time and within budget. for CIO Platform Services Team in the Global Delivery Organization
What you will be doing
- Involving in Production Support
- Handles inquiries and resolves issues.
- Assists in daily coordination of various assigned projects.
- Handles Environmental Impact Analysis, Install Plans and Operational Readiness procedures
What you bring:
- Should have experience in 3 – 6 years of hands-on-experience in Linux, Python, scripting, Production support knowledge, Database knowledge
- Hands of experience in (Azure, Dynatrace, Splunk, NetXMS, WSO2)
- Hands on experience in Google API, Apigee,Zapier,TIBCO Api Manager ,IBM App Connect ,FIS Code Connect
- Flexible to work in rotational shifts and on call support
